I get this weird thing every once in a while where my computer will have a "slip boot" into windows. I call it this because it's almost like the computer slips and falls flat on it's fucking face. Windows will be sluggy and unstable if I do literally anything in the first 4 minutes of the windows desktop being up. Programs will load incredibly slowly, but will oddly operate at SSD speeds. I get the ironic "Microsoft windows stopped working" when in this state. Next time I boot it works just fine. I know reinstalling windows is a massive pain (unless any of you lot know an easy way, in that case please reply with it), so is there anything you would suggest I do in this situation?

Are you using a SSD or HDD? It's very unclear, list your specs. If it's a HDD, it's normal as Windows loads a bunch of stuff in the first few moments after startup which could take ages on a HDD. Hence the sluggish feel.
