Dual audio out windows 10

So idk if anyone has a solution but here's my problem.

 

I have a Focusrite 2i4 and a Schiit Modi 2 and I want to be able to output audio from my computer to both simultaneously. Does anyone know if this is possible?

I believe there is a software called virtual audio cable but I do not remember if it could enable something like this
