Best Monitor for about $350AUD

Slyhawk

Hi i want a monitor in the range of $350 AUD that has the best color reproduction and can be used for gaming, would prefer it to be more than 24inch. 144hz and 4k would be nice but not necessary.

New: PCPartPicker part list

Old:Intel® Core2 Quad CPU Q8400 @ 2.66GHz, GIGABYTE GA-EP43T-UD3L, 4 GB Elixir PC3 ddr3-1333,  ASUS RADEON R7 260X, Thermaltake M9, 1TB HDD, GreatWall GW550SEL 550 WATT, BENQ GW2255, Hyper T4, Samson SR950 Headphones, fiio ek10.

The part picker is terrible for monitors

So just look for either a 1080p 75hz IPS free-sync display LG makes some and Lenovo I think

Or a 1080p 144hz TN  free-sync display

IF you want better colors just get an IPS display of some kind in any event.

I don't know if the R7 260X supports free-sync.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Then ya it'll support free-sync.

If you never want to have to upgrade your display, invest in a decent 4k IPS display, preferably 32+", but you'll likely end up with 27" which isn't too bad if you sit close to it.
