Remotejoylite? How?

Can somebody link me up to a reliable tutorial on how to install Remotejoylite? I've been looking on google and nothing seems reliable to me. Don't worry about the hardware, I got all of them (PSP E1004 a.k.a. Street, USB Data cable, 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio jack, and this PC) I'm running the 6.60 PRO C2 btw...
