Rear and front IO problems

I don’t know if this is a motherboard issue or something else but both front and rear IO on my motherboard are not working properly. My keyboard is receiving power but does not work. My mouse is not even receiving power(the blue led light isn’t lighting up) and that’s not working either. I’m stumped for answers and so is my friend. This happened before not long ago and I went into the BIOS(didn’t change any settings), I saved and exited the BIOS and after that my keyboard and mouse was working, but now that it has happened again the BIOS option is not working. Please help

Do a CMOS reset or update bios. Comes out the same
