this motherboard is a mini itx board but i found a really good looking case but its a mid tower case

this is the case

https://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-MCW-L3B3-KANN-01-MasterBox-Customizable/dp/B071GYMHKL/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1520834060&sr=8-1&keywords=Cooler+Master+Masterbox+Lite+3.1

and im not too sure a gtx 1060 is gonna fit in a mini itx case( or the one im getting anyway)

you can, but i'm not quite sure why you would buy a mini-itx board just to pair it with an m-atx case.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

Yes. Mini-ITX motherboards can fit in cases that support mini-ITX, mATX, ATX, and EATX motherboards.

If you scroll down the linked page to the manufacturer's description there is a table that includes supported motherboard formats.

Keep in mind that a mini-ITX motherboard is 74mm (2.9") shorter than an mATX case, so the motherboard will look a little lost in the case.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

the other B350 boards all support ryzen(duh...), and you'd be better off getting a wifi adaptor then losing features by buying an expensive itx board.

micro atx is for mid towers right

"Mid Tower" generally describes a small ATX case. Micro ATX (mATX) cases are typically described as mATX Tower/Desktop.
