VPN services doesnt work

hey guys,

 

So i wanna connect via VPN but my router just doesnt allow it. Tried Tunnel Bear, Speedify, Hotspot Shield, Hide me and others and nothing seems to work. The only thing that actually happens is "connecting" and nothing happens afterwards. Why is that happening ?
