floatplane.com user registration email not sent

I have signed up for floatplane and never received my validation email.

I know my email was entered correctly.

I can reuse that email to send myself a password reset link that works and I was able to change my password.

How ever the site still does not allow me to login nor a way to resend validation email.

What I found more disappointing was that the site has no help link or link to the forum and has taken me a lot of effort to try figure out how to reach Luke or the team involved to the point i had to rewatch WAN videos to know that I needed to come here how ever I've never been here before and this process is not as straight forward as I had hoped either!

 

I hope that these issues can be resolved fast as I can imagaine people wont come back to try again and persevere as I have done so far.
