AIO Pump Noise

My Alphacool Eiswolf makes a weird noise. Please see the attached.

This will happen for a few hours and go away.

It may happen once or twice a week. 

Is it a gasket? Is the pump dying? 

 

It has a 3 year warranty. But I do not want to ship it back to Germany due to the excessive shipping cost from North America.

 

I replaced the Alphacool Eiswolf on a Zotac 1080 mini due to excessive fan noise.

Should I put the original heatsink on with 2 noctua fans?
