My Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB haws recently started stuttering randomly and I don't recall this ever happening. It is like when I am playing games it will be smooth, stop, continue to be smooth. GeForce Experience tells me my FPS is constantly high with no FPS drops. But when looking at NZXT Cam software, it shows something interesting that I dont know if normal or not. It shows that the GPU jumps from 100% to 50% and back to 100%. It is just that for as long as I play. It is becoming really annoying and difficult to play some fast pace games. I have tried updating my driver, Disabling my 2nd graphics card, restarting my computer and making sure power saving mode is off. I even ran Malwarebytes. I have ran out of ideas.

Are there any programs, that might get windows' "priority" for a moment and then "give it back" to your game, opened in the background?

Make sure to tag and/or quote people so they get notified... :P:D

There is the annoying a** Service host that: local service, but that seems to be mostly CPU dominant and I cant force quit it.
