He just said he would throw in an 80+ silver 750W PSU for free too. And he also said he will give me a beefy CM heatsink.

 

Will he run a prime for you? Ask him if he will run a few hours of prime before you get there so you can see it and verify it.

If so and it all works well? That ain't a bad price at all.

He also just said hed bundle in an antec 900, a xi-fi sound card(not great but better then nothing), and a pcie wifi adapter.

The 990X is an Extreme Edition processor, which holds some value.  Those 6 cores beat any quad core, just by that merit.  Still, you would probably be better with a faster quadcore, like the 4770k, unless you have a workload that can really use the triple channel RAM and the 12 threads of procession.  IF you just want the cheapest Extream Edition you can get, then go fro it at about $450 or less.
