Should I use the thermal paste that comes with my AIO?

I'm using the Enermax - LiqTech TR4 360 102.2 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler in my Threadripper 1950X build, and I'm wondering if I should use the thermal paste provided, or use Arctic Silver 5 HD? Thank you in advance!

The paste is fine. I've been using it since August.
