Hi to everyone, i bought an i7 8700k a month ago with a Corsair H110i , at first everything works fine the temperatures oscillated between 50 and 60 degrees at full work but a couple days a go i started to see that the tempetaures increased like 20-25 degress more , show some pictures to see what I'm talking about:

About my fans configuration , i have a case Thermaltake View 31 whit four 140mm fans , two on the front , one on the back and another one in the top of the case.

Thanks!

Well I see you have an AIO and I personally think that it has kicked the bucket/died

I have the same problem with my Threadripper, I used the H110iv2 and it died after a week. I returned it and made a custom water loop.

Good Luck!

That is DRAM voltage, dont touch that. Look where Auto is (CPU Core Voltage), change it to manual and put it as 1.35. Although it already states only 1.28, but in Windows it reported maximum of 1.5, so report back when you've changed it.

Also, have you touched the CPU multiplier?

@Matu20

Now i know what cause that high voltaje , a few days ago i run AL Tweaker from Bios , maybe was that the problem . just apply default settings from bios and now core voltaje is like this :

Existe any diference between stock configuration and the changes made by AL Tweaker ?

Thanks!!

A.I. Tweaker, Automatic overclocking?

That is why.

One of the screenshots you posted shows 5.1 GHz on the CPU, with 1.472V Core Voltage.

Automatic overclocking tools (e.g. like A.I. Tweaker) usually use too much voltage, so that is why people usually recommend manual overclocking.

Personally, either try manually overclocking through BIOS, or don't overclock at all.

1.47V is very high; be careful next time.

Looks like you already figured it out.  Here's what I did to lower the voltage on stock in using stock voltage:

hit F5 and reset > Went to Internal CPU Power Management and set:

- ‎IA/AC Load Line: 0.01
- ‎IA/DC Load Line: 0.01

my 8700k by default would go to 1.472v to 1.506v at stock.  With settings the above modified, it stabilized to 1.312v.

Still a bit high, but should not cause that high temps.  Or simply 'Disable' ASUS Multi-Core Enhancement.

Regards,
