Heaven benchmark low FPS?

To start... I have 

CPU- i7 8700k

GPU- 1080 superclock edition.

RAM-16gb 3000mhz

MB- Asus Z370-e

 

My question is, how the hell do i get 9 fps min and 246 fps high? my score was i believe 2829 something like that. Im wondering how my low fps is so crap? Please help im confused on whats wrong

I run a Ryzen 5 1600 and a GTX 780, I get 1fps min and 60fps max(I run with V-Sync enabled).

 

My average fps usually sits around the 55-60 mark, which is what tells you how well you're performing.

I've noticed this bench, along with the other Unigen benches, have really low FPS at the start of a scene.  The average throughout the scenen is fine while it is running, but the first few frames are always low.  

Like some kind of GPU turbo lag or something.  

Not just me seeing this, right?

Oh okay so this is pretty normal then to have low minimums? just how the application works? I dont remember exactly what my average was maybe around 130-150 fps i believe.

So the dip in min fps on heaven is on there side?
