What is my bottleneck?

I just installed my new cpu (i5 8600k) and gtx 1080 evga ftw dt but it seems to have the same problem I was wondering if my ram was an issue I am running on stock settings on everything by my friend has a  gtx 1070 with i7 6700k gets better frame rates than I do. But I have a 8 gb 2133 and he has 16 gb Idk clock spped
