LG L6 broken flash?

So a friend of mine was complaining about her LG G6 not having a camera flash and how she hated android for it (idk) considering i'm good with phones, but i've never seen this glitch before. any ideas?

"i can only press it when i use the front camera, and it still doesn't work"

(Flash icon shows up but is greyed out)
