Hey guys, i opened this computer today and i've been thiking, won't these two fans suck a lot of air and reduce the air flow to the CPU?

Well your CPU is essentially blowing hot air out 360 degrees from itself and the back fan is exhausting this hot air out of your case (which you want) so the fans at the front or bottom of the case can bring fresh cool air up and over your CPU and out the exhaust fan and the cycle keeps repeating.    Remember the basic principle that hot air rises.

The other fan (Top one) is actually your Power Supply and that is defiantly not an ideal mounting location... as its pulling hot air from your CPU heat sink in an attempt to cool itself.  Mind you this build doesn't seem like it puts off too much in terms of heat or is a prebuilt system so I wouldn't worry about any of this...

Biggest thing to ensure you have is a front or bottom intake fan bringing fresh/cold air in.

Cheers!

Overall that system is as fine as it could be. CPU probably doesn't run that hot that it would be issue. If thats your PC, I recommend doing some dusting.
