Port forwarding for CS GO on s****y router

I am trying to forward port 27015 needed for hosting a dedicated server in CS but the port cannot be seen externally.
What am I doing wrong? Is the router's fault or am I just an idiot? 
Router is ZTE H267a.

WAN port correct? (EG it’s not PPPoE)

I changed the WAN connection to HSIv as it has to be since it's a VDSL profile, the WAN port isn't supposed to be the same as the LAN host port for the use I want?
