Deciding between Alienware and Clevo/Sager

Hi all, I’m planning on getting a new gaming laptop in the next few months (Going to college soon).

 

My budget is $1700-1800.

Requirements:

Screen: 120Hz

Storage: 250 GB of SSD and 1TB of HDD

RAM: 16GB

Processor: i7 7700HQ

GPU: GTX 1070

 

Below are two options that I’m thinking about. Is one better over the other? And is buying a refurbished Alienware a good idea? My brother has the Sager so I kinda seen it in action, but I don’t like how the case gets easily smudged.
