So my dad wants to play some PC games (primarily an Xbox gamer) like ESO, Marvel heroes and several other not super demanding games.  He has 4gb DDR2 Ram (not sure what frequency) A PCIE MOBO, and an Intel Core 2 Duo from about 5 years ago. What would be a good GPU upgrade for under 150$ (this has to include a PSU unless it would work on a 300W Dell PSU from 5 yrs ago)?

Oh yeah his moniter is 1366x768 and doesn't need super duper graphics, only to play the games.

Oh and it's a 430 not a 600M ;) I just searched for 600M since I didn't think it would cost that much :)
