Help with cooler solution for I7 8700k in brazil

Hey everyone,

I'm currently updating my pc. I will only keep the case and HDs.

I will get a I7 8700k and don't know what cooler solution I should choose. No intentions for OC.

I don't know if I can put a aio water cooler in my case.
My case is a 3R system L-1200. Old case but I like it, has great air flow and filters.

I'm from Brazil... so I don't have a lot of options.

My options can be find in this sites bellow. I would be confortable with something at maximum of R$300(BRL).
Air coolers https://www.kabum.com.br/hardware/coolers/processador-
Water coolers https://www.kabum.com.br/hardware/coolers/watercooler

I would most likely buy the parts from this store, so I would get the cooler as well

Any sugestions ?

Thanks for the help!

Why are you getting the K model if you don't want to overclock? Non-K is a lot cheaper, comes with a free cooler and is only a little bit slower.

No intentions for overclocking -> don't buy the 8700k, buy the 8700 instead and save some money, unless you really want the extra 100 MHz boost clock.

Your budget also excludes the AiO watercoolers then I guess, since a single 120mm isn't going to do much for an 8700(k). Get the best air cooler you can afford.

isn't the stock cooler really bad?

I will mostly use to play, some heavy games.

It's "good enough". Even if it's not, you could get an 8700 with a decent aftermarket cooler for the price of an 8700k with no cooler.
