Whats the problem

I have a computer that turns on correctly but it wont boot up windows but i can go to bios though. When I turn it on without going to bios it freezes on the msi logo and i've tried tab+alt+del

But it would just turn off the screen and return me back to the msi logo

we'd kinda need more info, like what all is in the build?

CPU? GPU? PSU? RAM?, etc..

usually, when it only boots the the UEFI/BIOS, it has not found the HDD/SSD.

I have an nvidia gtx 1070, ryzen 1700, dual 8 gb ram, 650 power supply, msi b350m gaming pro motherboard, and wd 1 tb internal hard drive

next would be to go into the UEFI and see if the HDD is recognized in the main page:

reset the bios?

It seem`s that you can not pass the Bios. Try to clear the Cmos. Look in owner manual, ,for the MB on how to do it

 

Cmos is memory, were the changes to the bios are made.

I just tried that and its the same

I tried it again and it worked to reset the bios but after that it didn't fix the problem
