Hello,

 

I'm currently looking for a new CPU to stream of, the cpu is going to be used mainly for playing and streaming Fortnite! Must be top notch quality! I would also like the freedom of being able to edit with no major issues of course not when streaming. I have been looking at the AMD Ryzen 7 1880x and the AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1990x- I am not going to get a 1950x. Would like everyones opinions as this is a grey zone for me at the moment. Been looking at so many pc parts lately a cucumber looks like ram.

Well, if you are looking at the Ryzen 7 - 1800X and the Threadripper 1900X -- you are in the right ball park for what you are looking to do.  

 

Threadripper might be a bit much for Streaming / Gaming -- but I think that 1800X might be right up your wheel house.
