Windows 8 Install crash

I recently clean out my pc and was re installing windows 8. It finishes the install and restarts gets to setting up desktop 65% and crashes. Can someone please help me

Black screen of death? Reinstall Windows 8 or Win 7.

I can reinstall windows 7 but 8 does the same thing and I need windows 8 to run my pc to its full

ive tested all my ram too

Were you installing on an empty disk or did it have a previous version already installed?

Install on to an SSD or HDD?

 

Are only the essential components of a system installed, i.e. extra drives, monitors, etc. not yet installed?

ive tryed both and yes installed

SATA mode set to ACHI or RAID? I presume you've set this appropriately. What occurs to me is that you might try using your build CD/USB and a clean drive on another computer, see if it works. If it doesn't I'd suspect the CD/USB image.
