What is the rest of your System?

What Game + what settings? V-Sync on or another fps limiter?

In normal Gaming, unless it's light games like LoL or CS:GO, your GTX 1070 should run at 100% and not 75% ^^

Like this, your GPU is beeing bottlenecked quite a bit. Which doesn't mean, it's a bad thing. I just want to make sure, nothing is "wrong" (if you play at 60 Hz V-Sync, that's of course a whole different matter, than your GPU never reaching 100%, because your CPU might bottleneck it)

clock speed? temps at constant 75% usage is hard to accurately measure as it is more common to see it go full bore.  Temps under full load at a certain clock speed (and voltage, if they bothered) is a better question

Mine runs at 70C at 62% fan speed (2022RPM, if that matters), 1835MHz at 0.925V. 100% usage of course.

My MSI 1070 Gaming X has quite an aggressive fan curve in which I have 0 fan until 35c, 40% at 44c, 80% at 70c and then beyond that I have 100% fan speed. In normal gaming the average temperature I get is about 58c (about 1200RPM fan speed) which sustains a stable 2113MHz on the core and in benchmarks (set at ultra presets) I get 65c pushing my core clock down a little to 2100MHz.

OC settings

Core Voltage: +50

Power Limit: 126% (maximum)

Temperature Limit: 92c (maximum)

Core Clock: +165MHz

Memory Clock: +550MHz

Fan Speed: Custom fan curve
