Changing desktop folder to a different drive?

I have a 128gb ssd, Which is almost full, Upon going to the storage tab in windows 10, Ive realized alot of space is being taken by the things on the desktop, As I like a messy desktop. Is there a way to make any files I store on the desktop go on another drive, which has lots of space, While keeping the desktop the same?

Go to "this pc" in the windows explorer, right click on desktop, then properties, then location and then change the location to the other drive.
