Windows defender activation

i can't reactivate windows defender pls help me !  ( the pictures are in french sorry )

Do you have some other type of antivirus program installed on the machine?  If so, it's normal.  If not, you might want to get a scanner downloaded like MalwareBytes.

Check for virii and malware that might be interfering with Windows.  Worst case, clean install Windows.

Press Win+R, type gpedit and hit Enter.

On the left side go to 

Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Defender 

and on the right check for "Turn off Windows Defender" and set it to "Disabled". A restart may be needed after that for changes to apply.
