That would be some good information.

If it isn't a k Cpu no, or at least only through the bclk and that's a pain in the butt. Also you need a z series motherboard(if they didn't change that) to overclock

That could be anything, there’s many, many intel CPUs , with them, many chipsets and motherboards etc. We need to know what your cpu is and your systems motherboard too, please
