PC fails to boot

Okay, so i wanted to play Pubg today, but the game kept giving me an error, so i looked for a fix online. Came across this, because the error was about test sign in.

bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks off

After i entered this command into an admin CMD i restarted my pc. It won't even let me go into UEFI(The screen is just black). Turned off my PSU, held the power button to cycle power, turned it back on, still nothing. What can i do? The computer worked perfectly 20 mins ago!
