Content creating and gaming

If we use two computers, with enough specs then a single full High power Computer? E:G PCs Core i5 or Ryzen R5 with 16 gb ~ 32GB Ram and 250 GB ssds + Hard Drive (sata/ssd) Like 1TB with GTX1070/ti or Vega 56, then Core i7/i9 or Ryzen R7/TR   32 Gb~64GB+ Ram with M.2 SSD 960 + SATA or SAS raided drives with GTX 1080ti/ Titan xp. which could be better setup?

If content creating, are you doing it for money?

I do some basic stuff in blender, write code and whatnot and I felt like an ivy bridge i5 was enough. Kind of depends on the content creation or software you plan on using.

Yes for money, contents like 3D Maps of building, general 3D Max stuff  and graphical stuff + some for fun time. If system is rendering it will take sometime, to cut time Maybe listening to Music on Youtube or playing online, shouldn't I use separating system?

But not for me, a person is upgrading from a core i7 4790k.
