USB port

there is a dead  one USB port of three of my laptop is dead 
what should I do ?!!!!

my first thought:"Yo that looks dead man"

my secon thought: maybe it's disabled in the BIOS

third: Maybe your laptop cant supply enoght power to drive all devices

fourth: Maye you laptop is in energy saving mode or sth and shut off the usbn port to save energy

Is it still in warranty? Just get it RMA'd and your are good, it probably just died, it happens.

yes it is still in warranty 
could it be just a softwere problem ?!

If only one of your three ports is not working, its a hardware issue 100%
