Cannot initialize NVML. Temperature monitor will not work!

So I check on my miners this morning and one of them is blue screen with one GPU on full fans. The rest are just normal.

 

Eventually, I update the remote software as I'm using awesome miner and get it to mine again. Only for it to detect 5 GPU's out of the 6 and also give an error message of 

 

"Error: cannot initialize nvml. temperature monitor will not work!"

 

And proceeds to mine with only 5 cards even though device manager can detect 6. 

 

Cards are 1070ti's, awesome miner, mining ZEC, ZEN,  ETH.

 

Haven't a clue what this could be. Maybe a dead card?

 

Any help or ideas are appreciated.

You probably burnt out the 6th card. So in other words, it's probably half dead, but you can try reflashing the vbios and see what happens.
