[Purchasing Help] What is the best gaming monitor for gaming?

Hey all, i am going to buy new monitor but haven't decided yet.

I have 4790k@4.6ghz and 1080ti

Also i have AOC GP2460P right now.

So do you guys have any suggestions for best monitor i have no budget limit but; My minimum req. For monitor is 1ms 144HZ and 2K res.

Do you suggest Asus ROG SWIFT PG278QR or Asus pg27vq

Also which one is better. 4ms 4k 144hz or 1ms 2k 144hz?

Have you look at this one? 27" 1440p 144hz GSYNC. TN Panel though.
