Siberia 350 and Engine 3

I already contacted SteelSeries about this and all the solutions they had didn't work, so please don't tell me to contact them.

 

Basically my problem is this: every time I try to make a change in the equalizer it doesn't apply, even if I save it and when I change profiles, it doesn't do anything. This all happened as soon as I updated to the latest version about 4 days ago. It works fine with my other SteelSeries peripherals which are the Apex 350 and the Rival 310. When I updated, I also lost all my profiles and managed to get them back via a re-install. I also tried a clean install, updating the Realtek drivers to see if it was a conflict, I deleted the Realtek drivers. Nothing has worked so far. I, of course tried all the basic stuff as deleting the device from device manager and whatnot. I literally have no idea what to do anymore; any help and suggestions are appreciated.

Not possible. No download link around and there is no option in the software.
