Problem with ram

Hello.
First of all, thanks for your time.
I've been told to seek help here for this question.
Basically, i had this setup:

Today i bought this RAM: HYPERX FURY 8GB (1X8GB) DDR4-2400MHZ CL15
And inserted it on my motherboard.
The thing is, on speccy it keeps only showing 8GB RAM, and so it does on my system config as you can see here:

That usable thing didn't use to show up, but i was trying to fix this problem with some youtube videos and it started showing up
I can't even access my BIOS. When i restart the ASUS logo never shows up, and when I spam DEL key i just get a black screen... To move on from this black screen I use ctr+alt+del and it boots normally.
Any tips, boys?

Update 1: Managed to get to BIOS. Only one 8Gb RAM appears

Update 2: Took both RAMs out and in again and now I think I ruined the PC for good. Now my monitor just shows "no signal" and the lights from mouse and keyboard don't even turn on. I really hope I didn't RIP the PC 

Any help?
