Get a better sized psu of decent quality. Corsair CX450 (2017) would be a good choice.

 

Cooler Master - MasterFan Pro 120 Air Flow would be a better choice of fan.

a good 500w unit is more than enough for even the highest end gpu, but having a bad psu means you risk it blowing up and killing your components(or your house, if you're not careful).
