Please help

Uhhh... So i have two storage drives, a 120gb NVMe SSD boot drive, with windows installed, and a 1 TB harddrive. At some point i changed all the file directories to the second, 1 TB drive, so that when i install a game, it will default to the 1 TB drive. Now, i have formated my 2nd drive, CMD as admin will not open, i cannot launch installers for programs, and REGEdit also wont open. What do i do...

 

I changed these directories:

ProgramW6432Dir

ProgramFilesPath

ProgramFilesDir (x86)

ProgramFilesDir

 

mostly from C:\Program Files, to E:\Program Files
