Outdated Windows XP patch.

Hy,

I own an old IBW wich runs on windows XP, I already know is outdated and not supported by Microsoft.

The win xp needs a patch named "KB893357", in order to use a WPA 2 internet connection.

Any suggestions or links to where I can find this patch are welcome.

Alex,

That update should be included in SP3, so it sounds like you're still running XP SP2 or earlier. If you're on a 32bit install, look for the SP3 upgrade (It's a 300-ish MB .exe) and your problem should be solved.

Also if you're on 32bit be sure look for the "Embedded POSReady 2009 registry tweak". That will allow you to get even the most recent patches for 10 more months. Support for that runs out in January next year. I believe you can also get it to work on 64bit, but it involves some jumping through hoops.
