1080ti Movement increases sharpness?

Forgive my newbieness, I've recently bought a Predator X34P and overclocked it to 120Hz and running it with a 1080 Ti Kingpin over displayport, In more than one game I keep seeing this increased sharpness whenever there's movement/motion ingame and as soon as that stops it goes back to smooth rendering. I'm wondering if anyone is familiar with this issue. (video)

Did you record the actual ingame footage or did you record the screen with a camcorder? Because showing the ingame footage is absolutely useless, given the fact we don't have your panel.

What you're probably seeing is some sort of overdrive that is too excessive.

No that was actually recorded using nividia's shadowplay, in that case should I record it using a camcorder? or is there anyway to get a report that might show possible settings that could cause this?
