Left channel problems

I currently have the Corsair Void USB RGB gaming headset, and I've noticed that thing seem louder out the right earcup instead of everything being in the middle, then, when listening to an audio left and right test, I noticed that the sound just seems far away, I don't have this experience on any other headsets, I have tried multiple computers and I still have this problem, is there any way to make the sound left ear dominant to equal them out?

Is it a loudness problem? You can adjust the balance through your playback device properties

... Probably a loose speaker, or a bad solder joint. You can balance it but it may reduce the life of the headset.

Some softwares have options to tune that. Check if corsair has that, mabey is is set to output more to the right channel?
