Looking for headphone recommendations

I have a strict max budget of $25.

 

Preferably earbuds for usage in lowsec though I will take over-ear recommendations if the sound and build quality is good enough.

 

My first priority is sturdiness - i tend to break headphones, no matter how careful I am. I don't think I've had a pair of headphones last more than 12 months on me (but they've all been cheap).

 

However the sound can't be "shit", I need to pick out details in the music especially in the drum parts.

 

Tagging @Max_Settings here since you seem to know a thing or two about audio.

I love the Koss KSC75. They aren't very sturdy, but the sound quality is crazy for $15.

Any in-ear recommendation? I actually need the "plug your ear" functionality of them as the instruments I play are insanely loud (ask my neighbours lol)

 

But if I find no dice on those I'll just use ear plugs + these as janky as that'll be

Wait, do you need headphones? Or are you just looking for IEMs to use as hearing protection? Do you actually need them to make sound? Because there are special earplugs that just reduce the sound without blocking it.

I do need headphones so I can hear the click while playing, but preferably in-ear so that I don't have to use an ear plug + on-ear headphones while playing drums
