I would personally go for something like this. Why the 1700 though, out of curiosity?

I also didn't include a monitor on this list(although the one you picked is a pretty decent model).

are you into overclock? if not just remove the dark rock cooler and the PSU being 750W is overkill for that rig, 550 or 600 is more than enough

Only in price, blower style coolers(like the Aero from MSI) tend to get louder than open style coolers(such as the EVGA ACX cooler) and don't have the cooling potential.

The MSI Gaming X heatsink is also a good option, and does cost less than the EVGA ACX if I recall correctly...

What do you suggest?

the spire cooler, I'd get an EVGA 550 G3 for the PSU and the MSI card mod suggested because it's cheaper

be aware that the EVGA fans are loud, I have the FTW 1070 and the fans are a jet engine at 100%

better but you might polish some last details before ordering like the case that's too expensive for the brand and the fans included aren't very good, you could go for a midtower, I mean you only have 1 SSD, 1 HDD and 1 graphics card and no AIOs or custom loop so full atx is kind of too much for that build imo it'll look weird plus the temperature difference will be minimal, 1 or 2 degrees C

That should give you some more performance. the case though... you can't mount that AIO on it, search for something that allows you to mount 2 120mm fans on the front, this way the radiator will have a fresh air intake, I think the previous Rosewill case was better for this build since you're using an ATX mobo now

The EVGA G3 PSU is better
