Problem with 75hz monitor help!

Hello guys!

 

i have a Asus VG245HE monitor with 75hz and when i play overwatch i experience some tearing on the screen. Even though i set the fps to 75 i still see some tearing. How can i fix this problem?

 

and BTW i dont have a dedicated graphic card, i am only using intel hd 630 and i am using HDMI for connections.

Any help would be appreciated.
