What monitor to get [120 or 144hz]?

I own that Asus monitor its a good one a little color editing when i got it but i have had no problems.

 

I also own a 1440p@60hz for games that the refresh rate doesn't matter and youtube/movies.

I think it's just plywood really, or hollow wood, as the desk plate is rather light. I will look into reinforcing it.
