PS4 Pro 1440p

Hi!

Is there any way to make the ps4 pro output at 4k and then downscale it to 1440p? 

I want to play the Play Station exclusives on  my Predator XB271HU but the PS4 pro just outputs at 1080p.

i think the latest firmware added a supersampling mode. try it

The latest Beta Firmware added Super Sampling, yes.

 

But I still didn't see a 1440p mode, only 1080p and 4k, nothing in between...

Yeah the ps4p relies on the displays scalar just like the Ps3 before it only outputted 480p 720p 1080p/i, Microsoft has always had a much wider video out support with 720 768 800 810 900 1050 1080 & more resolutions supported on 360

The PS4 won't output 1440p, since it was meant to be connected to a TV, not a monitor.
