keep popping

hello guys! im just gonna ask you on how to resolve this kind of problem, i disable my windows update on services.mse (because its annoying when i play games its always lagging) and even the windows 10 assistant manager is always popping up even if i always deleting it, its really kind of annoying, we already got the slowest internet in the world (which is 2mbps) and its always popping up out of nowhere, i keep in searching on internet and i can't find any solution of this issue i hope you guys could help me on my problem here! thanks a lot guys!
