HDCP issues

I have had this issue before with the same model of monitor (ASUS MX239H) where just all of a sudden HDCP just goes buh-bye. my NVCP shows monitor as non HDCP compliant and at the same time my PS3 video feed via HDMI is just a black screen(I know console has no issues with it as i can listen to audio fine and listen to the audio of movies fine... just black screen feed for EVERYTHING.

 

Anyone know why this is and what i can do to remedy it? Nvidia drivers are 331.65 WHQL drivers.
