Mic not working

So my microphone stopped working out of nowhere, I've tried restarting my computer and unplugging and plugging back in the HD audio header, I've tried other ports, and it's not the mic because when I plugged my mic into another computer and it worked fine. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!
