Hello, 

Yesterday I shut down my computer through the power button and now it is not working anymore. One strange thing, the mice WORKS and keyboard doesn't even though they are connect through the same bluetooth connector. I went to device manager and it still detects this 2.4g mouse and keyboard combo. I have tried to uninstall keyboard drivers, then restart my PC, but this didn't work. I have changed my keyboard batteries as well.

 

I don't know what to do, any suggestions?
