Question about case fans

I currently have a cooler master masterbox 5t

It can hold 3x 120s or 2x 140s up front and 1 rear 120/140 and one top 120/140.

 

Currently I have 2 Corsair af 120s up front occupying the top two spots and the 2 included 120 case fans as exhaust.

 

I wold like to know if I should add one more 120 up front and change the exhaust fans to 140s.

That should definitely be enough airflow for any current gen CPU + GPU system.

Main rig:

What are your specs and temps?
